Refunds, Returns, and Shipping

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact me immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that I can evaluate the issue and make it right.  Please reach out (through the chat feature on my store) within 24 hours of receiving your item if there are any issues with your order.

Exchanges
No exchanges accepted.

Refunds
Refunds can be given if the item has not been processed only within 24 hours of submitting your order.  After 24 hours, if your order is still in the unfulfilled status, I will only allow refund as store credit given as a Store digital gift card.
If the item/order has been processed or has been shipped, a refund cannot be given. If you request to combined orders, please understand I may not be able to but If I can I'll be happy to issue you refund difference in shipping cost as Store Credit Digital Gift Card. 

Shipping
Once an order has left my location and is in possession of the carrier, I am no longer responsible for delays.
